1. Transparency Philosophy

We rigorously strive to maintain 99.9% transparency with our users before any commercial invoice is processed. This is fundamentally why we encourage 100% utilization of our 30-Day Free Trial. We want you to be absolutely certain that Nidank is the right fit for your lab before you pay.

2. Cancellations

You are unilaterally free to cancel your SaaS billing sequence at any moment. Your desktop software will continue to operate via its offline mechanism until the exact end of your current commercial billing cycle. No further charges will be made once a cancellation is processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital delivery mechanisms inherent to standard SaaS distributions, we DO NOT process absolute refunds for utilized licenses.

Exception

If a charge was erroneously executed, or if you have not unlocked the License Key payload on the desktop platform, we provide a full 100% refund when initiated within 7 business days.

4. Initiation Procedure

To initiate a compliant refund protocol, please follow these steps:

  1. Directly email support@nidank.com using your registered email address.
  2. State your Razorpay Order ID and the reason for the refund.
  3. Refunds typically propagate to conventional Indian banking institutions within 5-7 subsequent business cycles.
