1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and utilizing the Nidank SaaS and desktop ecosystem, you hereby agree to adhere strictly to the following terms and guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.
2. License & Device Usage
Your subscription generates cryptographic license keys binding your software exactly to the hardware specification it is initially deployed on.
Critical Restriction
Active tampering, virtualization circumvention, or reverse engineering of the LicenseManager and SoftwareVersion endpoints constitutes an immediate, un-refundable termination of service.
3. Payment & Billing
Subscriptions operate strictly via our pre-defined Razorpay integration portal. A trial duration, if activated, gives access restricted only by pre-approved resource limits (such as patients or reports allowed). Upon conclusion, the software demands an active license verification.
4. Liability Limitation
Nidank provides diagnostic data formatting utilities; we do not provide medical interventions. It is the utmost responsibility of pathological administration and authorized MD professionals to verify the generated PDF parameters prior to disbursement to patients.
Nidank SaaS Limited assumes ZERO liability for missed diagnoses resulting from configuration oversights.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
